despite the flaw you mention, they're actually pretty great. I have a ttartisan 35mm an it was relatively cheap and shoots just fine. No purple fringing in black and white lol. And they're also making some unique fun shit too, different from the uncreative bugmen of the past, like this brightinstar 28mm. thank god they have so many nouveau riche stimulating this cottage industry cause we get to benefit as well.
