Uh...what do I do to fix this?

Storm rolled in at just the wrong time, tried to squeeze under to hopefully protect my buggy, obviously that didn't work. Getting in and moving either direction does not move an inch. Using the unstuck command while in it also does nothing, it counts down from 10 to 0 then keeps going into negative numbers. I also tried using my bike to shove it around but it is wedged in there too tight.
