This has probably been answered before, but why would this actually change anything?
I'd love for live service games to just kill themselves forever, but even in the best case scenario and the EU parliament puts through some regulations, why would that even change anything?
For example, I live in an EU country and there are clear laws regarding refunds, but that doesn't matter for Steam games because they just have you agree to cede those rights when buying their games.
Maybe I am really stupid and pessimistic, but I have seen so many of these kind of petitions over the 20 or so years I've spent on the internet.
