I think wanting to change your culture is pretty normal but most of them are just called immigrants. Body issues are something the average person has more trouble empathizing with outside of disliking weight gain or aging.
In some ways I feel like the queer community has tried to sell itself on narratives like binary transition journeys and born-this-way homosexuality in order to gain acceptance. I understand why, but everyone is different, and it often hinges the right to self expression and respect on contingent facts that shouldn't matter.
Idk. It hurts knowing I'll never really get the world I want. There are platforms like discord and they're cool but it's always a weird split when your socialization depends on distant people. Being a minority among a minority. It's best to just seek people out with high weirdness tolerance ig.
