Have you never heard of Da Emprahs Greenest? Seriously though, there are rules for Ork Freeboota characters in the TT RPG, which is what RT is sourced off of. Ork Freebootas will work for anyone, they're simply still Orks and not that reliable or trustworthy, but a savvy RT can make it work as long as he remains aware of what he's dealing with. There are rules for T'au characters, as well, so they are also still a possibility.
