To be fair, the art is from an MTG-Fallout collab card I found. It had nothing to do with the NCR rangers. I just named the image that because the classic NCR rangers wore combat armor too. The original rangers walked around with Combat shotguns, Flamers, H&K CAWS shotguns, and Grease Guns. But, I can imagine that the NCR rangers at their peak had the best weapons like in the artwork
