When he's especially thin he does look a lot like that, but so what? He's got soft boi features that suit him. He isn't chadmaxxing an extreme low body fat/high muscle percentage, and that's fine. These dudes with "hunter eyes" are ultimately just fetishizing looking like a pretty caveman anyway. We've got too many of these gigachad wannabes running around as is, and the only people that are really into it are sad old ladies that read bad romance fiction and insta-thots that are an equally sad waste of time.
