If you don't mind losing the sync regeneration, automatic switching, and a few less inputs consider a mechanical switch. Amazon has a nice one for just $18USD if you search for "component switch".

However, if you still need some of the features, there's also the gCompSW that is just a 4x1 which only has less inputs as a cost reduced version, and there's even a scalable one that's available now where you can just add inputs/outputs, expanding as you go.
