It doesnt one shot anymore I don't think, they nerfed the hand cannon blessing too.
you could do it that way sure but deadshot is kinda a waste of points , the keystone already gives 100% after 3 kills and if you can get one, you can probably get 2 or 3.
You can make your own build and play however you want, I made this build back when survivalist aura was procing on every single kill and it was insane in melee only maelstroms. And I still like it because I like survivalists aura. If I was playing shotgun I'd get krak for boss damage, and sometimes swap demolition team for grenade tinkerer
