Not only is this map one of the two maps that doesn't have the pumpkin of death on it (meaning you aren't pressured as much into leaving), The path one naturally takes to get the key lines up 1-1 with the "Final" bosses of each route so far, plus Flower King in chapter 5. The escape route, however, takes us back through chapter 3, past the "Sword", and out. It seems to indicate that the final boss of the sword chapter is only available via going an alternate route from chapter 3
