I got hired as his personal assistant, for me it was practicly love at first sight and I have rose tinted glasses and don't see him as being demanding or a dick. I just adore working for him and doting on my hot boss. But for him its a slow burn. At first he see's me as weird but hard working so he doesn't care but after working there for years he appreciates my loyalty. I take on extra work so he can get more rest and I make sure he eats enough meals a day. He feels he can rely on me and we grow closer. It's a very slow burn on his end. In my head it takes like eight years.

Considering he's living in a hot country that he's foreign to and is still very pale. I imagine in the limited sun time he does get he's slathered in sun cream. But if he did get sun burnt he'd be incredibly dramatic about it and very worried about the damage to his skin. And then he would tan and he'd hate that too because he'd blend in more with the filthy islanders that he looks down on.
