I checked the transcripts for the English dub of AG017 and AG018 over at Forever Dreaming and not once did I see any mention of a Milo, only MAN for him in the latter episode. While we're on the topic, I might as well bring up a very interesting fact found in the teraleak.

Mr. Stone actually had a different English first name in RSE, Stanwick. There were a few files, roughly around Gens 3 - 5, in the localization folders that listed the official names for characters. While there was one for Mr. Stone with his title, there was another for him with his full name. In Japanese, it was the same name that was later revealed in ORAS, Mukuge Tsuwabuki, but in English, the name was Stanwick Stone rather than the one revealed in ORAS, Joseph Stone. I don't know why the change; when I searched the files, I did not see any that mention Joseph nor any reasoning in the ORAS documents. I assume it was because it was never shown in any proper official capacity that the ORAS localizers were able to change it.

Searching the internet for any evidence of Stanwick has led to 4 results:

There were no lines where the name Stanwick was said in either episode nor any mention of Stanwick in the credits. The Tumblr blog said that the Polish dub used Stanwick, but I cannot find any videos of it to confirm or deny this.
One could say that this is yet another odd 4Kids dub change especially given how badly 4Kids handled Pokémon at the time, but this was found in documents strictly related to the games in my recollection.

He likes being outside, so we'd be out and about to enjoy the nice weather during the summer. Lots of hiking and camping trips with pretty sunsets and cooking around a campfire. Since he lived in the lighthouse for a while, I'm not sure whether or not he would consider going to the beach a vacation. It's just kinda like his backyard. He's already a little tan, probably from being outside often, but he'd make sure that I had sunscreen on.

I'd like to take him to Kalos so he could try out some different foods and maybe learn some things that he could use in his own cooking. It wouldn't be that far from Paldea and I don't think he's really traveled other than the trip to Kitakami with you in the game, so I think it would be fun for him. He might feel a little uncomfortable in stuffy fancy restaurants at first since he wouldn't be used to the environment, but I think once he got focused on the food he would enjoy himself.

I think new players can get a lot more gems from doing newbie missions now than they used to, but you'd still need to keep playing for a while to earn enough gems for a pity (around 3200 if I'm not mistaken). Obviously you won't be able to earn every free gem reward because you won't have powerful enough units or materials, so doing every mission you can for 2-3 months (my rough estimate) should net you that amount.

And even if you don't manage to get him on his banner's first run, there are always reruns.

I think Gio's the type who would prefer to keep working as normal through the summer, but if I mentioned wishing we could on vacation, the next day he would just so happen to have some upcoming business to attend to at a high-end beach-side resort that has ties with Team Rocket.
I imagine that in order to stay safe, he'd work things out so that the resort is fairly if not completely empty when we attend (with any remaining guests also having ties with Team Rocket) and we wouldn't leave the resort grounds, lest someone see him and call the cops. Despite this, we wouldn't really be missing out on much. We'd get a penthouse room, access to a private beach, luxurious spas, fine dining, amazing room service, etc. And the staff would all ensure we get the best experience possible, lest they lose the funding TR provides. Gio would say we're just here for business, but would also conveniently have time for everything I want to do and would be sure I experience everything the resort has to offer, all while bragging about TR's power and how even such a luxurious resort belongs to him.
As for tanning, I imagine he would be the type to wear sunscreen to avoid tanning. But he also seems like the type who would constantly be wearing a suit regardless of where we are, so not much of his skin would be exposed to the sun to begin with. He'd likely be wearing a suit as we're getting ready to head to the beach, and I'd have to talk him into putting on swim trunks.

36.6k gems specifically (or 36.4k if you do a paid daily solo). It takes 12 multis and two solos to hit pity. Also note that (iirc) a regular solo gives 3 scout points for 300 gems, while a daily pull only gives 1 scout point for 100 gems (and a multi gives 33 points for 3000 gems, you need 400 scout points for pity). So while you can save 200 gems by making one of your two solos a paid daily, you won't benefit from doing any additional paid dailies, assuming you're planning to pity. I hope this makes sense, the pity system and numbers involved can be confusing and I'm not the best at explaining things.

I had already done these calculations before pulling my husbando, I just remembered the amount wrong.

Personally, I prefer doing 4 paid daily pulls for 2 extra chances of pulling a unit if I'm sure I'm going to hit pity (I don't mind spending 400 paid gems). That's why I only do multis at first, until I'm at around 360 points, and then I start doing daily pulls, to slightly raise the chance of getting 2 copies of a unit instead of just 1. Even better if I end up pulling them on the last 40 points.

I found the episode with Joseph in it. Unless there's 2 Polish dubs, Joseph is addressed as either "(pan) prezes" or "sir". Kennedy calls him "pan prezes Devon Corporation" once when telling Ash about him, if my ears picked up all the letters correctly. No Stanwick. I'll look for Steven's episode next.

Perhaps it was a "last minute" change from the game localizers, which left 4Kids with 2 scripts after revising dialogs? Or something like that. I'd love to know where that FD poster and Bulbapedo editor got that name from, if not from a leaked 4kids script booklet that used it or something. If Steven ends up actually being "Steven Stanwick" in the PL dub then perhaps Poland got that presumed early version. Regardless, what an odd case.

That was certainly true with Chuck in Chuang Yi's release of GS: The Golden Boys where he was called Fergus. Fergus was not only the top pick for Chuck's English name before it changed, it survived even on the sheets with the "final" localized names.
I guessed it was also the case for all the different names for the Magma and Aqua Admins in early AG episodes and CY's version of Adventures, but none of the files with the beta names featured them at all.

Red and Blue wanted to keep the plant theming for all characters that the original Japanese version had, but it was ultimately rejected. Squrce isn't a typo of Spruce, it was shown in the sheet twice, but the reasoning indicates that it was meant to be Spruce.
As mentioned before, Fergus was very close to being Chuck's English name.
I think someone in localization got trapped by Bugsy.
Although not listed, Eusine did have some oddities. There were katakana readings for the English names and Eusine's was listed as ユージン (Eugene), but there's no mention of Eugene being a rejected name, nor any reasonings for either name were listed.
The documents had markers for the top choice among the names, this revealed that Wally, Brawly, and Wallace were almost named Gilbert, Neil, and Walt.
The RS docs also had a beta JP name: Brendan's was changed from Sora to Yuuki by July 7. No year was stated, but I assume it's from 2002. This is why Brendan's beta names are sky-themed.
Vern and Indy were based on Vermilion and Indigo, the beta names for Ruby and Sapphire. Maxie's name was spelled Maxi in the same document that had Stanwick.
At one point, they really wanted to hammer in on Steven being a dual Steel/Psychic trainer. The earliest doc only had Stanley and Steven, the second doc added more names.
Yes, they almost had Drayden be named Iris, but backwards. This was literally their reason for Siri.
The best rejected name is actually from a waifu. DJ Mary: Nuts. The reasoning was to have it similar to her Japanese name, Kurumi (Walnut). The reason for it getting rejected is obvious and also why Willy was rejected.

This is from one of the many localized name candidate spreadsheets (GFDocs/ポケモン監修用資料/ローカライズ関連/参考資料/亜細亜ローカライズ/資料(亜)/ローカライズ資料作成資料/ポケモン名英語ローカライズ資料/candidates1007_matsu.xls). The name's also present in ORAS documents (sangopart1/export/svn2/sango_doc/trunk/02_イベント/テキスト/rs_OldGlossary_GF.xlsx; there's a copy in the GFDocs folder with a "last modified" date of January 2014, iirc).
At first I thought it must've been a mistake, but after reading Bulbapedia's given explanation for his name (supposedly, "St Joseph's rod" is an alternate name for the ムクゲ or rose of Sharon), there's a possibility that they decided to change it last minute to something that would have a stronger connection to his original name. But still, since they'd already approved "Stanwick" back in 2003 for good reasons (alliteration + "A dignified name that sounds like a CEO") and it's still in the ORAS name glossary, it makes little sense to change it all of a sudden, imo.

"Magno" sounds unbelievably cool and powerful, plus it matches the name "Magma" better than all the other names, it's perfect. There's also an interesting fact about it that ties it to his Japanese namesake: the matsubusa belongs to a genus that is commonly called "magnolia vines", although this might just be a neat coincidence. I could go on and on.
To me, "Matsubusa" gives off a serious/mature vibe, but I'm not Japanese so I don't know what impression it gives to Japanese people.
I don't know a lick of Chinese or Korean but those sound cool too.
"Maxie" would be ranked lower (it isn't exactly intimidating, to be honest) if I hadn't grown so used to it by now.

If that last modified date is accurate, then the change from Stanwick to Joseph could've happened in that 9 - 10 month gap between then and the game's release. It's not impossible as seen with Yuuki, formerly Sora.
Reminder that Mukuge/Joseph was only mentioned once in ORAS on a BuzzNav HNN report one can easily miss. The same goes for most of the ages revealed in that game, many which match the leaks.

I found it interesting that they translated "Devon Corporation" in this episode, instead of using the English term (pronounced English as well) like they did in Joseph's episode. Joseph is also "prezydent" and not a "prezes" this time. I'm not native so take this with a grain of salt, but judging by some rough research, "prezes" is the correct way to address a president of a company in Polish. Perhaps this episode's translation was handled by someone else, without having the context of the former one connected to it. I'm mentioning this because I'm really curious how "Stanwick" managed to slip into the one episode where Joseph had no lines and was only spoken about, if that's the case.

There seems to be no real rhyme or reason for which alts get lodge photos. It's really annoying when one of your faves gets an alt only to get no new photo with it. Just had my annual bird app binge. Is there any way one can keep up with artists on that website without actually using it (not like that's any better a solution..)? Anything that makes the process slightly more convenient at all? For the longest time I couldn’t imagine him as a dad. He seems too free spirited for a family. But the easter event in masters got me thinking more on the idea and now I can see it.
They gave him a literal baby(Togepi), he immediately consoles the little girl that lost her Eevee egg, promising to find it and redirects the entire event to do so, and he even gives a very fatherly speech to the Hoenn kids at the end about not having to have your life set so soon and to just enjoy being a kid. I always imagined he’s great with kids but seeing all that convinced me he’d be a great dad too. Just forget the fact he lost Togepi for a moment during the event lol

Also, a person’s favorite pokemon could say a lot about themselves. And since his favorite is Leavanny, a very nurturing and parental pokemon that loves taking care of young, there might be something there.

I got hired as his personal assistant, for me it was practicly love at first sight and I have rose tinted glasses and don't see him as being demanding or a dick. I just adore working for him and doting on my hot boss. But for him its a slow burn. I want to expand on this a bit more. I'd probably be a goody-two-shoes trainer just trying to be kind to everyone I meet. I'd hear of this villain who arrived on Pasio and who apparently wants to turn a new leaf, but instead of keeping my distance and treating Gio suspiciously, I'd be friendly and offer to help him with anything he needs. He'd see this as an opportunity to get information about the island and start having friendly conversations with me. He'd be hesitant but, once I prove my strength in battle, he'd agree and be a bit happy as there was a part of him that didn't want to part ways with me. Despite this, he's a business man so he'd ask what I want in return. I'd tell him point blank that all I want is his affection, even if it's fake. If he can at least pretend to love me, I'll go to the ends of the earth for him. He has his doubts but agrees, and lets me work as his right-hand so I can spend as much time as possible with him, and he gives me all the romantic (and sexual) attention I desire. We both view it as a business transaction with no real emotion on his end, but overtime his affection becomes more genuine and he starts to realize he really does love me as well.

Unfortunately there are no leaks that I know of, so I have nothing but headcanons to go off of. I like to imagine Gio probably tried his best as a father, but was distant, leading to strain in him and Silver's relationship. I don't think he'd be cruel to Silver, though he might have been a bit strict at times. He does seem to genuinely care about his son in mastersex, at least. However, I think he'd have trouble connecting with a child, and he'd want to keep Silver out of Team Rocket's affairs until he's older. But this would just lead to a lot of neglect and insecurity in Silver, wondering if his dad even loves him.
I can imagine the one thing keeping Silver's love for Gio alive was admiration. He probably saw his dad as this cool, powerful man that no one could beat, and wanted to be just like him. So when Gio was beat by Red, and his first response was to disband TR and run away, the image Silver built of Gio probably all came crashing down. He was left with this emotionally distant father who was almost never around, and who's a pathetic coward to boot. I feel like the way Silver went scorched earth when Gio disbanded TR means it was likely the final nail in the coffin, rather than being the only issue.
It does make me wonder what would happen if Gio won, though. In mastersex, the Gio we have is RR Gio, so he won in his universe. But nonetheless, he doesn't seem surprised by his son hating his guts. So I wonder if Silver is simply fated to hate his dad in every universe. It'd be funny though if he just has no clue why his son suddenly hates him.
But despite this, I still wanna have kids with Gio. I think he'd try and do better the second time around, and I'd help make up for any of his shortcomings (and force him to actually spend time with his child lol). Alright, I'mma be honest, I wanted to draw something to illustrate my answer before replying, but it's not done yet and I didn't want to leave you hanging, so here it is. Sorry for taking so long.

Relatively peaceful... I think we'd get used to an average married couple routine pretty quickly, doing mundane stuff like grocery shopping or looking after our pokémon. We'd take turns to do household chores or do them together. He'd scold me lovingly a lot, but that's good because him fixing me is part of my fantasy. It'd also be his way of supporting me and my personal growth. We'd visit my parents sometimes; even though they'd find him a bit insufferable, they'd like him, and he'd also like them for the most part. I'd slowly influence him into changing some of his views to align more with mine (mwahaha). Pokémon battles would be our pastime <3
We'd move to a house in Lilycove. My libido would probably be higher than his. Most of the time, particularly in front of others, we'd appear cold and distant on the surface, but there'd be sudden bursts of affection, especially after coming home from work.
I'd have a job that allows me to work with him and his reformed Team Magma from time to time, but I haven't yet come up with any specific ideas. He'd like it if I could go to their hideout and listen to his 11 am speeches (which I would, with pleasure) so I'd try to have a schedule that allows me to do that.

Oh boy. It's kinda self-indulgent. I'd make him wear 3 different suits that day (though I'm thinking of reducing it to two). The main one that he wears during the ceremony is this off-white tailcoat I was drawing him in (the colors were inspired by his EX palette in Masters, actually). He would slick his hair back, both because it looks clean/formal and because he knows I like it; I headcanon that he has a widow's peak, inspired by his Gen 3 design, but it's not visible with his usual hairstyle. Still can't decide if he'd look better with his usual glasses or a more "normal" pair.
Even though I want to have a big and fancy wedding, we wouldn't have that many guests unless we invite all of Team Magma, which, now that I think about it, would be really cute. All the grunts witnessing our union and seeing a side of their boss they'd never seen before... But there's a chance he'd find that embarrassing or too intimate and want to keep it private, in which case we'd only invite my family. The venue wouldn't be huge but I'd still want it to be somewhat elegant.

Admittedly, I feel like these fantasies of mine are too generic and don't incorporate enough Pokémon lore elements, so I apologize if it's a lackluster answer. I'm still working on it, and desu I'm a terrible writer.

I can't help but entertain the idea. If we did have children, he'd be a wonderful, albeit strict father HOT. Adding to this: I already knew about the Crimson Passion/Indigo Wisdom manga, another manga he made an appearance in, but only bought it last month.
This one's pretty light-hearted and short, so this Maxie is way less nuanced and for some reason he adjusts his glasses a lot, which gives him a nerdier vibe. But I still enjoyed it. I like that it's entirely about the Groudon/Kyogre storyline so there's a lot of focus on him.
Sometimes the art gets a bit wonky, but the good panels more than make up for it. Maxie looks adorable most of the time. By far his most moe appearance in official media so far.

Yeah, this is my hope. So long as Gio walks a path of evil, I don't think they'll every truly see eye-to-eye, but they might at least reach a point where Silver can tolerate being around his father. I can maybe see them eventually talking on the phone once in a while or meeting up (away from the team rocket hideout) with an unspoken rule that these are temporary truces where Gio won't try anything and Silver won't try to take him down. But, while Silver isn't the type to go blabbering to the police, Gio knows better than to mention anything that could be used against him or Team Rocket, and Silver knows not to ask. I'd love if, after marrying and having a child with Gio, he'd eventually introduce me and our child to Silver. But I also feel like Silver is the type of kid who would lose his shit over a revelation like that, unfortunately. Though I think he'd be a great big brother if he were able to handle the announcement well. I think Gio would be a little sexist. Nothing too major, he respects strength above all else and would acknowledge that one's strength in battle has nothing to do with their sex. But he'd also be the first to mention the differences in physical strength, though that would primarily be him just trying to be logical about any mission plans, making sure that there are enough men on any missions that require a lot of physical strength. He'd probably also think men are better fit for leadership roles, but that would primarily be him thinking that he's the ideal leader, and assuming his masculinity is part of the reason for that. He wouldn't be against female admins leading missions, but that's because they'd be operating under his command.
This would also make him fairly protective of me, though. He wouldn't be close enough to the average grunt to go out of his way to worry about them, but with me, he'd probably check in on me frequently during late night missions and always make sure there's at least one male grunt on my teams for safety reasons. I also imagine that if we had kids, he'd take me out of active duty the moment he found out I was pregnant, insisting that I spend my time at the base resting and taking care of myself and the baby. He'd also be fairly traditional in all aspects involved in dating and marriage.

Question for you: What do you think of that Masters convo with SS Gio about his Nidoking? It seemed to me that he was stalling a bit because he didn't want to directly answer the question of whether he'd give up his pokémon if necessary, and I thought it was really cute. Kinda torn because steel is my favorite type… but I started looking into this artist’s fan mangas awhile back (I don’t remember their name, I just saved as much as I could find) and reading them has really made me appreciate his Cradily more. I could see Maxie potentially getting a vasectomy. Oh I LOVE that conversation. Those few lines have fueled so many of my headcanons. He's this criminal mastermind, but he's still human. He's capable of getting attached to those who are close to him. To him, the average pokemon (and probably the average person too) is just a tool to be used and discarded as he sees fit. But if he spends enough time with them and relies on them enough, even his heart will soften a little. He won't admit how much he cares for his Pokémon (both to preserve his image, and also because he most likely doesn't want to face the cognitive dissonance that would arise from acknowledging his feelings) but I want to believe that there's a small part of him that views them as more than just tools.
A lot of how I characterize Gio comes from that convo. My whole yume fantasy is based around him initially using me as a tool but getting more attached over time, and that's only because of masters showing that he's capable of getting attached to his "tools." A lot of his mastersex lines have him acting a bit tsun, and that tsun carries over into my fantasies too, with him insisting he's only doing something nice for me in order to stay on good terms with a "valuable business partner," but in reality he's just fallen for me and doesn't want to admit it.

Yes! They're so cute... His "that was some nice teamwork" "hmph!" victory line with Silver (I play with jp voices so idk the exact en phrasing) makes him feel like an awkward dad trying and failing to start a conversation with his son. There's also a couple really cute scenes between him and Silver in the main stories that make it seem like he really does love his son, despite everything.

I love the name Arti for him, I usually call him that. Such a cute name for such a cute guy~ I don’t hate the English name but I find it very funny how different it is compared to the other languages. Seeing all his names actually gave me a headcanon a while back. “Burgh” is a pen name (brush name?) that he came up with for his art, and it’s now how the general public knows him as. His real name is Artemisio, Arti for short.
