I also had a lot of doctors tell me that nothing seems to be wrong with me either, both physically and mentally, even though there definitely was. But either way, I was able to use them to follow potential leads and to get some medication to help me with my severe depression, which along with a lot of Sunlight exposure, has helped to treat my depression significantly so far, and my chronic physical problems as well. Just taking off my eyeglasses and getting a lot of Sunlight has done the trick so far. That's why I deeply advocate everyone to go get a lot of Sunlight if they are able to, it will help you both physically and mentally, that's a promise for sure.

And by the way, doctors are by no means perfect, they are still human just like us at the end of the day, but if you want to be able to overcome your difficult trial and tribulation that you're currently facing right now, you must learn to have more faith in other people so they can provide whatever assistance they can offer to you, and most importantly of all, you must have faith in yourself and in your inevitable victory over your life's problems, because for so long as there is a will, there will be a way.
