Why do left-wingers constantly push therapy on people, even though therapy isn't cheap, nor covered by insurance providers to the same extent as other health fields, and tends to be disproportionately white and rarely accessible to anyone who isn't white or upper class?

That seems inconsistent with left-wing values. Therapy has also become an increasingly commercialised industry, which is another inconsistency with those values.
