>So maybe your pills degraded to metabolize easier or less easy depending on if you are in for the SNRI or mu receptor effects.
>You may now ask ... wait how come the SNRI part even matters for pain reduction, well youd be surprised that sert+noradren etc etc play A HUGE ROLE for pain which is why modern pain theraphy is nearly ALWAYS making use of SS/SNRI these days, it was shown in many examinations that depressed people had a muuuch higher pain sensitivity than those who werent. And results in using lets say a weaker opioid + amitriptiline were often equal to better than mono opioid. Mono ss/snri however only works for certain usually nerve related pain. Which is why for some ppl even tramadol helps better than OXY or morphine
Thanks for the feedback.
I'm one of those people that tramadol definitely helps then. Because it's always worked wonders for me. I'm going to the doctor on Tuesday again and I'm going to beg him to put me on tramadol, since he won't re-up my hydrocodone but I'd rather have tramadol anyways. It's helping with this insane pain. Which I fear isn't ever going to heal up naturally. It's been 5 months already and nothing has changed.
