i actually have a whole development path to get there
here, maybe you can make use of that:

first you get 5 axis robots
you will use em to vertically integrate everything you can realistically produce on your own
then you bifurcate
one direction: cnc. perfect workshop to get precision movement right
the other: put the cnc on wheels and make it do stuff.
