Not really malicious. Overlord Loji is characterized to be caring for all humans. Loji for example has an event wondering why people stopped using her to solve their questions and instead started to take orders from her, concluding this came to pass because she is humanity's biggest achievement and best hope for survival. That and the tiny interaction of adopting a persona ironically make her more human than the corpos of Klaus Schwab.
The end screen talks about her plans for the future and all she wants to achieve for all of humanity and I thought it was a nice touch.
