yep kinda, it will never be as good as it was the first few times, the brain is used to it and won't be floored anymore

one thing you can do: seek out novelty, try doing drugs in environments and situations you haven't done before yet, i read a paper that said that tolerance is higher when the drug is done in an environment that you always do said drug

but yea sorry, this is kinda just the way it goes, if you're feeling depressed or empty then maybe your serotonin is fucked? you might need more time for neurotransmitters to normalise again depending how much you did drugs before getting clean
