That's my pic, I don't know how the story about futa or horsecocks came about. Centaurs used to be hard to generate, so it was a good prompt to test a model's flexibility. It's from 2022 and was generated using original stable diffusion or the first waifu diffusion release. We didn't even have embedded chunk data back then, it doesn't illustrate much of anything. Hands have been solved for a long time, you are years behind the curve if you're still worried about them.
