To be fair, MD did literally nothing on release for months and they never added the highly requested alternative formats for people who just want to play old anime Yugioh.
Pic is my playtime to show I'm not biased in favor of SV, MD barely does anything most of the time and most banlists barely even move the meta so you are stuck playing against the same decks for months.
