Good point. I think I'll add Centaurs to balance out the two human cavalries (Lancers and Horse Archers), despite my irrational >>96009381
Waifus aren't the core focus of the CYOA, but I've considered adding some to the Spoils section. In that case, there would be five, one from each region, and they'd be opposed to you initially, though with certain traits/skills or heroic conduct on your part, that could change.
Hmm... I say it isn't a waifu CYOA, but it does have some commonalities, in that the enemy generals, their personalities, and their preferred strategies all have roughly equivalent detail to how much attention waifus usually get. I suppose that would make it an anti-waifu CYOA?

Yes. There's a choice of Motivation, Boons, positive traits and skills, including an obligatory isekai option, and Banes, negative drawbacks, personal problems or obligations that effect the war effort. I've revamped the structure to spread over two pages so that it can fit in the filesize limit, and added a couple of new options, including an admittedly basic Logistics section, but here's the pixelated rough draft. You aren't extremely powerful, though some choices can make you almost unbeatable in single combat. Much of them are focused on how you wage war and the requisite skillsets and connections.

There will be multiple avenues toward eternal youth and supernatural powers, locked behind artifacts and secrets in the Spoils. You'll need to earn them by slaying (or routing) your enemies and pillaging their vaults. Much easier said than done.
