There would be a whole lot more creek and bunny interactions, femdom stendy and canon kyman, plus a cheating subplot with Craig dating all the cripples, Cartman's mom would develop a debilitating gastrointestinal disorder after marrying Clyde's dad, and every episode would include a scene of Nathan getting raped by someone/thing random. Oh yeah, and Randy dies in episode 1 and is replaced by Trey Parker himself, who keeps getting stripped and humiliated for some reason.
