I'm someone who never prioritized aesthetics , I just trained for performance for running but frankly I'm no spring chicken anymore (im 28) and I'm realizing my best athletic performances are behind me and I need to become a basic bodybuilder bro

Should I prioritize aesthetics/powerlifting which will ultimately make me slower and essentially kill my cardio?

Or should I double down on being some cardio "twink" fag and prep for a marathon because frankly its the only thing I've ever been "good" at athletically my whole life.
