It hurts me a lot, he immediately recognize me and my mom. But now my lil brother and my mom don’t wanna contribute to his medical needs, and I was planning to set aside atleast half of it. Really fucking hurts man. I’m a sentimental guy and the kitty knew my childhood cat.

I was already born into lower class poverty here, at least Israelis have fulfilling lives and here the Jewish culture is dead.

I have an almost delusional fear that I have to make Aliyah because my kids will otherwise not be able to be Jewish. Dutch Judaism has fallen and every last bit of Jewish spasm here is just cope at this point. I literally see it everywhere in culture/politics and in my own life. My grandfather was under the illusion that we could totally come back from the Shoah, while himself being too scared to commit to the life.

I dropped out of college THREE TIMES before I finally got my degree. So you should be happy you are completing it and on time too.
Didn’t do it on time, college is fucking us over and I had to have a 1,5 year delay on my diploma. I do think about getting my masters after this. But I’m not sure, if I want to do it here. I feel like if I don’t I’ll forever be stuck in this country and the assimilationist circle.
