Might want to contact this guy. He seems to have a problem similar to yours and it's a relatively recent post:

If your device is able to scan for wi-fi networks it is prone to getting infected. Apparently there's also some novel malware that infects other devices by continuously playing sounds and executing code that is inaudible to us (like the way a device plays an audible sound code so that another listening device can pair with it).
