Mazda 5. A fuel efficient non-hybrid compact Minivan. Third row is shit for adults but so are most mid size Suvs anyways. These even had a manual as an option if you fancy but good luck finding them. I also heard the driving feel is good too

Honda Pilot/Acura MDX are pretty good. I think they’re one of the larger “midsized” SUV and I was able to sit ok in the third row back as a 6ft guy. Won’t guzzle gas a much
