In severe cases like mine it's worth the side effects sometimes. I just hope my memory won't get more fucked up and my liver does good on valproate. I'll start taking 500mg a day instead of 1000mg. My brother takes the sodium one and he's doing great though.

That's the issue dude, I can only warm my torso effectively. My hands and feet are constantly freezing and numb. I don't have blood circulation issues but I can't warm them effectively.
