Gun and ammo manufacturers tend to have occasional recalls, you'll probably see a handful announced a year, and that's normal, and the fact that they issue recalls is also the responsible thing to do, particularly with products where someone's life may depend on it.
Sometimes errors happen, humans are flawed because we aren't like the God who made us, just make sure to try to minimize mistakes, then be honest and take responsibility for those which happen and try to make up for them best you can.

A while back when Sig had one of their bolt-action rifles tend to fire when you closed the bolt, they actually DID issue a recall there, but they aren't issuing a recall for the P320/M17.
Sig probably have too much money riding on the P320 and can't afford it, but that's not supposed to be anyone else's problem, it's still their responsibility.

Ukraine is very well charted territory. The only uncharted territories we have left on this planet is the depths of our oceans.
