Yes, russia is a third world country, did I fucking stutter? If you go 100km outside of Moscow or St Petersburg it's just as developed as fucking Afghanistan. There is no infrastructure, cities are all crumbling apart, and all the money is flowing back to the capital to prop up the lives of the lucky few who was born there instead of actually developing their country.
