I need tips to help with a proper dopamine reset.

My anhedonia is getting out of control, and I need to unfuck my head for me to accomplish some personal goals within the next few years. I live a very demanding life, and as such I have developed various bad methods of coping. I currently work 20-30 hours a week but plan on bumping my hours up to 40+ all while having a 1 hour commute each way and being a premed student taking a summer class. I am aware that I should already know this shit, but I figured I would ask here to see if you guys had any additional advice.

My current plan is as follows:

> cut out all porn
> cut out all nicotine
> cut out all non-social vidya (I barely play single player games anyways)
> cut out all non-classical music
> stop watching youtube period
> stop watching TV unless movie night with the GF
> use tyrosine, niacin and other sups to get dopamine unfucked
> start intermittent fasting
> stop consuming useless sugars
> increase lifting schedule

I'm probably forgetting some shit, but that's pretty much it.
