So what, it happens because of regulations, therefore it won't increasingly happen because of increased regulation?
It's not like I disagree with the intent of the initiative. It's just going to change the calculation, which will change the result in some cases.
If Europeans spent more on video games than Americans did there wouldn't be a question of if anyone will comply. There are going to be some businesses for which the increased cost will not be worth it.
