If they're not add on charges for other crimes, it is extremely rare, and most likely unconstitutional because of the first amendment, so prosecutors don't bother with a long complicated case they're likely to lose and explicitly void whatever statue there is. Don't talk to the police and get a lawyer immediately, they'll back off, loli is not worth that hassle.
