I mean, it depends on what you're going for. If you want zelda, obviously just play more zelda: wind waker had better puzzles, totk and botw had better combat, twilight princess had better porn.
If you like the combat system, literally every fromsoft game pretty much implemented

and each time did it different and better. they're basically all 10/10s.
If you're looking for dungeon crawlers that use zeldic shit (heart containers, hearts, etc.) and expand on it, roguelites and indies have been on an insane run for the last half decade in the space. Binding of Isaac, bastion, hades, spelunky, noita are just a few off the top of my head that are all easy insanely great games.
If you're looking for light exploratory or instanced puzzle dungeon and walkaround games, we recently had outer wilds, obra dinn, the witness, journey, and portal 1 and 2, all of which are at least crazy and some of which are just straight up masterpieces.
Like, seriously, what the fuck are YOU playing these days if you still think ocarina of time's gameplay is, more than 20 years later, genuinely the limit of the state of the art? It's fine but dated, that's just how the passage of time works when people keep making good shit.
