Should cut the S wind, white dragon, and green dragon much earlier. Cutting the 1p was alright because the 1 in a 14 shape is about as bad as an isolated honor tile. Do not cut dora tiles and middle tiles so early. Dora tiles are important for score, and middle tiles are the strongest tiles. In this screencap, we can see quite clearly how cutting the 6m and 8s has dramatically hindered development. Your 46m shape could've become 456m, and the 8s would've made 78s.
This hand is also a good opportunity to learn how to spot an obvious honitsu. Jyanshi 4 hasn't discarded a single sou tile all game, but he has called on them twice. He called pon on a non-yaku wind triplet, so there are very few yakus he could be planning on other than honitsu.
