>surrender before we can even do anything after finally getting breathing room
For fucks' sake it it too much to ask for 1 decent game? It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get into a game that ends in less than 20 minutes due to shitters quitting after one setback.

Cause they're stupid and get sweet-talked into a bad deal. It's like asking why niggers buy expensive cars they can't afford. That's what car salesmen do. Their job is to sell cars, not to make sure buying a car is a sound financial decision for the buyer. It's the same with college. It's pushed on naive young kids by people whose job it is to recruit new students for colleges and sell student loans. Their job is not to ensure kids make the right decision that will benefit them.
Kids are victims here, but since I was also one of these kids being pressured from multiple sources (family, teachers, recruiters) to take out debt to go to school and I flat out refused to go into debt, I don't sympathize. They ultimately made the choice because they were not skeptical enough. I somehow managed it despite facing the same pressures, the same demands to conform to expectation. If I could do it why not they? I'm not a super genius or anything. So the answer must be that they are all profoundly gullible and stupid. They lack the basic level of skepticism necessary to survive in the world.
