Play. More. Games. Wuchang plays nothing like Nioh. Any game that has the default controls on the shoulder buttons is almost guaranteed to have shallower combos than Nioh because it's more interested in aping Souls than Nioh. It doesn't matter that you can swap weapons if you're just mashing R1 most of the time.
