The height reveal has put me in full scale autism mode, but I'm beginning to accept the inevitability. Since Kaido and Teach are outliers, it's hard to expect many figures to reach the 9-10 inch mark.
If we consider Kizaru to be the standard for larger characters, I think we need to concede that the line-up will ultimately look something like pic rel, with Lucci and timeskip Franky probably being the biggest 1:12 accurate ones.
