That depends on reference point. Proper balanzing requires you to test damage and defense and release new stuff to match this point or go a bit over it to sell new thing.
As for dupes I already mentioned they should also standarize power spikes between them and their value to not be such mess. It was my first post in this long convo, in previous thread where I said that MHY dupes system is cancerous but not whole source of problem and it could be better designed >>534186305
