Hey everyone. Not sure if anyone remembers me, but I made two OC's for a story I plan on writing. I did a major redesign for them and drew this. A brief summary of the general concept of the characters:

Lucia is the last member of a fallen aristocratic family of a former major nation that has been all but erased for various reasons leading up to the present day of the story. Though her name still holds some degree of power, she often has to commit the resources she still commands to do the dirty work of some shadowy organizations that her family had associated with in the past, and at the start of the story, she's tasked with orchestrating the death of a certain individual.
