If they're as hard to paint as harlequinns or deldar that would be a big no no. Depends if their rules are interesting or not. Personally I think the concept of exodites can be explored way more than just wood elves on a pretty forest world, like you can homebrew so many different types of vibrant eldar enviroments like beach elves, crystal cave elves, steppe elves, oasis elves so on and so forth
