Yeah, Guts training statistically gives you the most stats, in exchange for costing the most energy
The main issue with it is that the current standard strategy, spamming Speed training as much as possible, is effective because it gets the training up to lv5 really quickly, which gives like 1.5x returns that then get further multiplied by your support cards friendship bonuses, rainbows, etc - naturally, spending turns clicking Guts instead will go against that, and you only want Guts up to a certain level (500-600~) before hard focusing other things
But if you can balance your training schedule out to still get everything else you need, then there are much worse things than clicking Guts once in a while
Shoving freebie Matikanetannhauser into your deck isn't terrible if you want to try for high Guts, because she gives a massive +55 initial stat bonus while also having good all-around stats that make her useful when she supports non-Guts trainings
