Mysante is a funny fight when you understand all the mechanics. Simply poison and kill all plants to disable its regen. Dodge the bombs and tentacle smash as it doesn't have any other attacks. Two mobs spawn at a fairly consistent rate you need to deal with.

After doing this with Vanilla, it reminded me of a solo clear I saw somebody do. So I decided to recreate it. Firerat solos.
