DR is obviously setting up a sad/bittersweet ending, I don’t think they’ll add anything to UT but the fact this line is here at all indicates that something in DR is going to make the player want to see her in undertale.
That or it’s just meta for the fact UT only exists to create DR, and I simply haven’t taken the mandatory schizo pills for DR shitposting
