Actual relationship routes will be determined not by scenes, but by amount of indirect kisses characters had with each other. Kris and Noelle start with one indirect kiss with Susie each (newest_girl and bubbler respectively), there are two items that can grant any party member an indirect kiss with Susie (FlatSoda and TopCake), and Scarlixir can give Kris an indirect kiss with Noelle if she ever rejoins party. There would probably be another opportunity for Kris to have an indirect kiss with Noelle to ensure Kriselle route is possible.
