Before he fucks off he deals big damage though, and when he does run he empowers Hong Lu, and if he returns again from substitution if possible, he'll come back fully loaded again, they're fantastic.

He's not gonna be that good in his own canto however, since he's forced to fight, and can't run away, but other than that, the issue is on your end if you're finding him subpar.
