>A same LB SSR is almost always better than an SR, but in your case those SSRs are quite doo-doo whilst those SRs are qutie good, so I'd still use them over the SSRs in this case. What makes a card good or bad is almost always the ammount of LBs, though some cards are just straight up better than others, including most of your SRs.
