Pretty much all of Hank's bits in the episode he appeared in. The way he's so super supportive of his employees, even when his obvious villainous acts are on full display. There were times it seemed like he was just yanking Homer's chain to get something out of him, yet it turns out he genuinely did care about what Homer wanted as we see him sign off on Homer's departure and even letting him have some fun in all the chaos taking place.
If I had to pick exactly one bit, it'd probably be the shirt swap or the hammock suggestion.
