Ideally they should've had 3-4 more GPs.
1. Twinsanity with the Evil Twins in one kart, Rusty Walrus, Evil Crash as a character, Evil Coco and the race track taking place in the 10th dimension.
2. A second Spyro Grand Prix in Avalar with Ripto, Elora, Bianca and the Sorceress.
3. Crash 4 tie-in GP with Fem Tropy, Alt Tawna.
4. Bash themed GP or maybe just adding Bearminator.
That covers pretty much everything minus absolute trash like Willie Wumpa Cheeks or Viscount from that Dimps game.

Cortex was also playable and as interesting as his gameplay was it didnt feel as fun as just simply using a laser and its different settings to blast enemies like Twinsanity did.
