There should be one world ultra-authoritarian de-centralised government. Under it, torturous death penalties for heinous crimes like rape, adultery, pedophilia, murder, queer degeneracy,judaism,etc. Forced education, mandatory military service. Most resources towards science/medical/technology. Protection of environment. All citizens must disciplined. Of course this would work under an honest, good dictator. Like me.
