While Genetics are important in IRl The fact remains that most of the shonen stories that are complained about sold themselves as a story about a nobody underdog becoming someone great by their own grit and wit with help from people around them, yet at the end it turns out they were never an underdog, but a really talented and generically gifted individuals who had amazing advantages
3.As for epics being written about heroes who were sons of important figures/Deities, those stories never had any illusions about the hero character being anything but a special one with amazing lineage, if Naruto/Bleach etc. stories established those fact from the begging this conversation wouldn't exist
